- Review of Current Translation:
We had WordPress Marathi Translated till version 4.8.3 later we realized, string approval went wrong. We GTE apologize for things getting wrong, and we decide to sit down to figure what went wrong. During Meeting We walked through the installation and Dashboard. We figured out issues which are listed in Doc below along with suggestions of Words to use. WordPress ४. ८. ३ पर्यंत मराठी अनुवादन झाले होते, नंतर आम्हाला आढळले की काही strings चुकीच्या मान्य झाल्या आहेत, त्या बद्दल आम्ही माफी मागतो करतो. घडलेल्या चुकीच्या गोष्टीं करिता आम्ही हि बैठक घेतली होती. यात आम्ही WordPress Installation आणि dashboard चे समीक्षण केले. मिळालेल्या बाबी आम्ही खालील लिंकवर नोंदविल्या आहेत. आपण आपले मत त्या लिंक वर सांगू शकता, आम्ही पुढील बैठकीत त्या वर निर्णय घेऊ. - Glossary Word List:
Above mess occurred as translations are done without keeping the sense of the word in the sentence and using different styles for single words like Database which we kept same in Marathi, some translation was referring as डाटाबेस and some were डेटाबेस. Identifying such words is one task that @Makrand is leading using the following spreadsheet. - वरील गोंधळीचे दोन प्रमुख कारणे जाणवतात,
१. String च शब्दशः अनुवादन करण्यात आले आहे. वाक्यांचा अर्थ लक्षात न घेता अनुवाद झाला आहे.
२. एका शब्दा साठी वेगवेगळ्या पद्धती वापरण्यात आल्या आहेत उदा. Database ला काही ठिकाणी डेटाबेस तर काही ठिकाणी डाटाबेस असे वापरले आहे.

For Coordination, currently, Marathi Slack is used. We Mostly Get active if there any translation day or Contributor day. Harshad Proposed a Biweekly Meeting in Marathi Slack or Hangout/zoom Call for Better Coordinations. सद्ध्या अनुवादन टीम मध्ये समन्वय साधण्या साठी Slack चा वापर होतोय, पण जागतिक अनुवादन दिवस किंवा योगदान दिवस यांच्या शिवाय तिथे नेहमी शांतता असते. हर्षद नी दोन आठवड्यातून एकदा ऑनलाईन बैठक घेण्याचे सुचवले. या बैठकी करिता योग्य काळवेळ निवडण्या करिता खालील लींकवर आपले मत नोंदवा.
