## स्थापना

 1. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`.
 2. Activate the plugin via WordPress admin > Plugins.
 3. Go to “ALS Forms” in the admin menu.
 4. Click “Add New Form” to launch the builder.
 5. Customize fields, layout, and design.
 6. Save and copy the shortcode to any page/post.
