If a .htaccess file exists with a Directive block, the plugin will import it. When saving changes, only the Directive block will be updated.

What if there’s no .htaccess file in the root directory?

The plugin stores the settings and generates a new .htaccess file automatically when required.

Will the plugin read a new .htaccess file added manually?

Yes. It will detect the new file and automatically use the Directive block data from it.

What to do if site breaks after editing .htaccess with the plugin?

What is hotlinking and how can I prevent it?

How can I update IP lists after upgrading to v1.7.2?

sorry, guys, but only 3 stars. the plugin works as it should, but it has 10% of functionality needed. please take WP htaccess Control as an example, which is free, btw.
